Delivery and Return Terms
Store and customer service hours:
Monday to Friday 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm (closed on Wednesdays and public holidays)
Saturday and Sunday 1:00pm to 7:00pm

Monday to Saturday 1:00pm to 8:00pm (Closed on Wednesday, Sunday and public holidays)
Order method:
1. Online ordering: 24 hours a day (we will contact customers by phone during customer service hours to confirm the goods, amount, delivery time and location, etc.)
2.Whatsapp order (reply and confirm the order within the customer service time)
3. Order by phone (reply and confirm the order within the customer service time)
Delivery Details:
All buildings, estates and village houses: door-to-door delivery*^#
*Due to the novel coronavirus, our store is unable to go upstairs for delivery at this stage, only ground delivery or management office collection (no elevator) until further notice*
Delivery is limited to one address per order

After the customer places the order, we will have a special person to call and confirm the content of the order, and then arrange the delivery after confirming that there is no problem with the information.
*Delivery location must provide at least 15 minutes of free parking for door-to-door delivery.
If the delivery estate/building does not have free parking or the parking spot needs to walk for more than 15 minutes, or the parking spot may cause obstruction or lock the car, please notify the staff when placing the order. Pick up downstairs.
^If the delivery address does not have a lift directly to the floor, the staff must be notified when placing an order. If there is a chance, the customer needs to go downstairs to pick up the goods in person. The delivery does not include stair climbing service. If you need to go up the stairs, you need to negotiate with the driver.
#If the customer needs to specify a certain period of delivery or the delivery time exceeds the range of our store's business hours from 13:00 to 20:00, the store may not be able to cooperate with the delivery within 4 working days, and must be arranged separately.
Delivery area:
Main areas in Hong Kong: Free delivery for purchases over HK$100. Delivery time will take 1-4 working days. If the purchase amount is less than the free delivery amount, a delivery surcharge of $70 will be charged.
Outlying Islands and some remote areas: Delivery time will be arranged separately.
Discovery Bay: Free delivery on orders over $800 on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. (Insufficient purchase amount will be charged an additional $80)
Tung Chung, Ma Wan District: Free delivery for orders over $600, delivery time is Saturday (once a week). (Insufficient purchase amount will be charged an additional $60)
Weather effects:
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted, the delivery service will be suspended. The delivery time will be postponed to the next working day, or customers can contact our store to make other arrangements.
Pickup items:
You can make an appointment to visit our store during office hours No. 23, Tianxin Road, Hung Shui Qiao (junction of Hung Shui Qiao Street)
Note: If affected by bad weather (typhoon signal No. 8 or above, black rainstorm warning signal, etc.), our store may have the opportunity to close early due to weather conditions. If you need to pick up the goods yourself, please be sure to make an appointment.

2. Cash on Delivery: Cash/Credit Card (Visa/Master)/UnionPay (If you need to pay by credit card or UnionPay for door-to-door delivery, please notify when ordering)
3. Self Pickup: Cash/EPS/VISA/MASTER/UnionPay
4. Bank Transfer/FPS
Temporarily, our store only provides delivery service in Hong Kong, and will not deliver in Macau and overseas.
Return and Exchange Terms:
Please refer to the following return rules, otherwise the company will not accept returns:
(A) For hygiene reasons, all non-food items must be unused.
(B) All items requested to be returned must retain the original total quantity or at least 90%. You must keep the product documents and complete packaging, accessories and instructions, and notify the company within 7 days, overdue will not be accepted.
(C) The company does not accept any return based on personal/animal preferences and tastes.
(D) If it is man-made damage, the company has the right to refuse to replace it.
(E) Special offers and gifts are non-refundable.
(F) There is no refund service for all completed orders. Customers can exchange for the same value of goods according to the amount of the returned goods. When exchanging goods, if the amount of the exchanged goods is lower than the amount of the original goods, the difference will not be refunded.
(G) When returning the goods, the related gifts must be returned together.
(H) The food provided by the store has at least a 3-month expiry period (except for special items). If the expiry period of the food is less than 3 months, the customer will be informed when checking the order. After the transaction is completed, the store will not accept the return reasons such as the expiration date. If you need forward products when ordering, please notify the staff when placing the order.
(I) The company reserves the right to reject all unreasonable requests for exchange or return, and reserves the final decision on the above return and exchange terms.
In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right of final decision.
